Paradip Port Witnesses Spectacular Heavy-Haul Movement as 100-Foot-Long, 308-Wheel Truck Transports 200-Tonne Machinery

Paradip , Oct 3 [UDN}:A massive 308-wheel, 100-foot-long truck from Uttar Pradesh has become a major attraction at Odisha’s Paradip Port.

The gigantic multi-axle vehicle has arrived carrying a 200-tonne sugar mill machine imported from Belgium. Due to its enormous size and heavy load, the truck can travel only around 10 to 20 kilometres a day.

The transportation of such an oversized industrial machine requires careful planning and movement at a very slow speed to ensure safety and manage road infrastructure constraints.
