19th February 2025: Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi addressed the 2nd All India State Water Ministers’ Conference 2025, where he underscored the critical importance of water resource management and highlighted Odisha’s proactive initiatives. During the conference, he chaired a key session focused on optimizing water storage infrastructure, enhancing reservoir management, and promoting automation. CM Majhi stressed the need for a basin-centric approach to water governance and called for greater inter-state cooperation.
