Historic Kamadhenu Scheme Strengthens Dairy Sector in the State

Bhubaneswar,  Jan, 24:  The State Government’s historic Mukhyamantri Kamadhenu Yojana has significantly helped in increasing milk production in Odisha. In the coming days, the government is implementing several schemes to promote activities such as fisheries, dairy farming, and animal husbandry alongside agriculture.

Therefore, to encourage greater adoption of profitable ventures like animal husbandry, Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi stated this while inaugurating the “Matsya-Prani Samavesh, Odisha–2026.”
