Malkangiri, Nov 26: The NCC Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the NCC unit of Malkangiri College. The program was organized within the college campus.
During the event, the cadets displayed patriotism and discipline. They performed a parade and actively participated in various NCC activities.
The chief guest for the event was Shri Sandeep, Commandant of 110 B.S.S.F., Malkangiri, who hoisted the flag, addressed the cadets, and provided leadership guidance. Another key speaker, Shri Ravi DCG, emphasized the values of discipline. The Sector Headquarters of Malkangiri NCC also highlighted the importance of character and moral values to the cadets.
The program was presided over by the college principal, Chittaranjan Barik. As part of the celebrations, cultural programs, patriotic songs, and NCC songs were performed by the cadets. Outstanding cadets were awarded by the chief guest for their exemplary performance.
The event was welcomed and coordinated by NCC officer Shri Sushant Majhi, with the presence of college teachers, non-teaching staff, and intellectuals.
At the conclusion of the program, Smt. Prema Rekha Bhatra from the CTO Girls’ Division offered a vote of thanks.
