Malkangiri, Feb, 4: Under the supervision of the Malkangiri District Branch of the Indian Red Cross Society, a cleanliness drive was successfully conducted at the Malyabanta Mahotsav ground during the ongoing Malyabanta Festival in the district, with special emphasis on maintaining hygiene and sanitation.
The program was organized under the guidance of District Education Officer Shri Chittaranjan Panigrahi.
On this occasion, DPO Kartik Behera, P. Bhanu Prakash Rao, Red Cross Officer Niranjan Maharana, Sanatan Das, Basudev Panda, Chaturbhuj Das, Ranjan Behera, Ratan Acharya, Nihar Ranjan Choudhury, Ranjit Parija, Suryakanta Bej, Rajkishore Behera, Priyambada Samal, Gangadhar Barik, along with representatives of Junior Red Cross units from PM SHRI Government Nodal High School, Malkangiri, Government High School, and Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Malkangiri, were present.
Around thirty volunteers actively participated in the program. The District Education Officer expressed heartfelt gratitude to all senior advisors and volunteers who extended their cooperation in successfully implementing the cleanliness drive.
