1st August 2025: In a landmark development set to boost connectivity and regional growth in Odisha, direct flight services between Bhubaneswar and Jharsuguda will commence from August 16, 2025. This much-anticipated air route is being launched under the visionary B-MAAN initiative—Building Management of Aviation Assets and Network—spearheaded by the state government.
