High Turnout in Second PTM Thanks to “Mo Diary” and CRCC’s Initiative

Papadahandi, 9th Aug 2025:  In preparation for the second Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM), the Cluster Resource Centre Coordinator (CRCC) of Semla cluster, Babu Lal Sagar, undertook dedicated efforts to ensure maximum participation of parents. He engaged in discussions with headmasters and assistant teachers of various schools including Pakanaguda Government Primary School, Dumuripada Government Primary School, and Semla Government High School.

To encourage greater turnout at the PTM, the CRCC implemented a multi-channel communication strategy:

  • Sent reminders and updates via the official WhatsApp group,
  • Ensured class teachers announced the meeting during morning prayers,
  • Informed parents through written notes in the “Mo Diary”,
  • Collected parental signatures as acknowledgment of receipt of information.

The collaborative planning with school heads and staff is expected to lead to a high turnout of parents during the PTM scheduled on Wednesday, 30th July 2025.

Teachers expressed that such coordination and clear communication would ensure the success of the PTM. The efforts of the CRCC have been appreciated by teachers, school management committees, and parents, who described this approach as a model for effective engagement and urged for such continued proactiveness in future educational activities.
