Sinapali, 20th Aug 2025: A Bandhu Milan (friendship gathering) was organized by Kalinga 24 News at Shri Giridhari Bhavan in Sinapali village.
The event was graced by Mr. Babul Behera, Director of Kalinga 24 News, as the Chief Guest. Mr. Sanjeev Khura, Odisha Bureau Chief, attended as the Distinguished Guest. Mr. Saroj Kumar Sahu, Western Odisha Bureau Chief, and Mr. Sushil Behera, Sonepur District Correspondent, were present as Honoured Guests.
The programme was coordinated by Mr. Rupendra Sunani, Dharmagarh Correspondent.
On this occasion, newly joined members — Mr. Kashyap Jagat (Boden Block Correspondent), Mr. Bhajanlal Jagat (Khariar Block Correspondent), and Mr. Malay Meher (Sinapali Correspondent) — were welcomed and felicitated.
In his address, Director Mr. Babul Behera emphasized the need to:
- Create public awareness,
- Highlight people’s issues before the administration,
- Work towards their prompt resolution, and
- Expose the growing corruption spreading from villages to cities.
- With the unanimous consent of all present, Mr. Malay Meher was selected as the Nuapada District Correspondent of Kalinga 24 News.
- The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Bhajanlal Jagat.
