Nabarangpur, Nov 29: Kunjaban Bishoyi, who served as the school P.N. (Presumably “Para-Teacher” or “Primary Teacher”) at Government High School, Anchalguma, Tentulikhunti Block, Nabarangpur for over 30 years, passed away today at around 4:30 AM. At the time of his death, he was 93 years old.
He was known for his dedication to duty, punctuality, altruism, soft-spoken nature, and compassionate friendships. Even in his final days, he would engage in discussions about the Bhagavad Gita and Puranas. Throughout his life, he remained fondly remembered by his students, who always respected him for his exemplary behavior. Many of his former students, now holding government positions, still recall him with affection.
Twelve years ago, his wife passed away, leaving him behind. After that, he lived with his three sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren. He is survived by three sons, four daughters, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Although his health was generally good, he had suffered a fall from his bed a few days prior, which caused a fracture in his hip, causing him considerable pain. Upon hearing the news of Kunjaban’s death, family members and local residents from the surrounding areas came to Anchalguma to pay their last respects.
