Bhubaneswar, Feb, 13: Advanced caravan tourist services have been launched in Odisha.
The second phase of the service was inaugurated from the Dhauli tourist destination.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida inaugurated the service under the VGF (Viability Gap Funding) scheme.
The initiative will provide modern and comfortable facilities in the tourism sector.
The caravans are equipped with amenities including a toilet, sleeping arrangements, and a kitchen.
The service will be available at tourist destinations such as Hirakud, Debrigarh, Similipal, Chilika, and Bhitarkanika.
It will also be extended to tourist spots like Satkosia and Deomali.
