Grand Annual Day Event Held at Suryapur Government Upper Primary School

Kothar, Feb, 16:The annual function of Suryapur Government Upper Primary School under Dhusuri Panchayat was celebrated with enthusiasm.

The meeting was presided over by freedom fighter Ramhari Goswami. Dhusuri Sarpanch Antaryami Pati attended as the chief guest. The chief speaker was retired headmaster and poet Pandit Nrusingha Charan Nayak. Among the distinguished guests were Dhusuri Education Resource Coordinator Abhaya Sahu, retired teacher Nirod Behera, retired headmasters Basudev Samal and Ramakanta Parida, Hemanta Sutar, and social worker Brajabihari Goswami.

The stage proceedings were conducted by retired teacher Narendra Goswami. Headmistress Annapurna Tarai presented the annual report of the school. Assistant teacher Bikash Kumar Nayak and teachers Sasmita Majhi and Parbatimani Das, along with the school management committee president and members, extended their cooperation in organizing the event.

The vote of thanks was delivered by the school’s senior assistant teacher Raghunath Swain.
