Colleges and Universities to Conduct Classes in Morning, Says Department

Bhubaneswar, March, 3:  As per the summer guidelines issued by the Higher Education Department, a letter has been sent to all colleges and universities. Instructions have been given to conduct internal examinations and regular classes in the morning hours.
