District Collector Visits Baipariguda, Assesses OLM-Supported SHG Activities and Inspects Primary Health Centre Construction

Bhubaneswar, April. 29:  During his visit to the Baipariguda block, the Koraput District Collector reviewed various developmental works. At Ramgiri Gram Panchayat, he visited vegetable cultivation being undertaken by Self Help Groups (SHGs under the Odisha Livelihood Mission) and held discussions with them.
He also inspected the construction work of the Primary Health Centre in the area and directed that the work be completed with quality and within the stipulated time frame.
The Collector further reviewed the bridge connecting Tentuligumma and Dandabadi, stressing the need for its speedy completion. He visited the under-construction new Panchayat office building at Dandabadi and expressed his views on improving local administrative facilities.
Additionally, he visited the Eklavya Model Residential School at Kolar and reviewed the education system and infrastructure facilities there. He also inspected a poultry farm established under the Chief Minister’s Krishi Udyog Yojana and encouraged further efforts to strengthen rural livelihoods through such initiatives.
Overall, during the visit, the District Collector expressed satisfaction over the progress of various works and instructed the concerned officials to ensure the timely and quality completion of the remaining projects.
