Bhadrak, May 19: The pursuit of knowledge never stops, even amid demanding administrative responsibilities. Proving this once again, Bhadrak District Collector Dilip Routray has earned a PhD degree in History from Utkal University, setting an inspiring example.
Usually, the daily responsibilities of a District Collector are extremely demanding. Despite being constantly engaged in public service, developmental activities, disaster management, and administrative coordination, the Collector did not neglect his academic goals.
Through relentless hard work, dedication, and a deep interest in research, he achieved this success. His research thesis was titled:
“Occupational Stress, Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty in Hospitality Industry: A Comparative Analysis of Hotels in Odisha.”
His research, which focused on the job satisfaction and loyalty of employees working in Odisha’s hotel industry, has received appreciation in academic circles.
Along with efficiently discharging his duties as District Collector, this academic accomplishment has earned him congratulations from various quarters.
His achievement once again proves that no matter how difficult the path to success may be, dreams can be realized through determination and perseverance.
