To ensure that students do not face any difficulties during the admission process in educational institutions, the government has taken firm and proactive measures for the speedy issuance of Residential (Domicile) and Caste Certificates. Recognizing that these certificates are essential documents for admissions, scholarships, reservations, and various educational benefits, special emphasis has been placed on processing pending applications without delay.

Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari stated that all Revenue Officers across the state have been instructed to prioritize applications submitted by students seeking admission to schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. The government has directed officials to ensure that the verification and approval processes are completed within the shortest possible time frame so that students receive their certificates promptly.

The Minister emphasized that no student should be deprived of admission opportunities due to delays in obtaining required documents. Educational admissions often operate within strict deadlines, and any delay in the issuance of caste or residential certificates can adversely affect a student’s academic future. Keeping this concern in mind, the Revenue Department has issued clear instructions to all concerned authorities to expedite the processing of applications and remove administrative bottlenecks.

Officials have been asked to closely monitor pending cases, streamline verification procedures, and provide immediate attention to student-related applications. District administrations and revenue offices have also been directed to maintain effective coordination and ensure that applications are disposed of in a time-bound manner.

The government remains committed to facilitating access to education for all eligible students and ensuring that administrative delays do not become obstacles to their academic aspirations. Through these measures, the state aims to provide a smooth and hassle-free admission experience while safeguarding the educational rights and opportunities of students from all communities.
The Revenue Minister reiterated that the welfare of students remains a priority for the government and that every possible effort is being made to ensure timely delivery of essential certificates. He urged officials at all levels to act with sensitivity and urgency so that deserving students can continue their educational journey without interruption or inconvenience.
