Nabarangpur Administration Begins Distribution of Enumeration Forms to Ensure Accurate and Updated Voter Records

Nabarangpur, June 16:  As part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in Nabarangpur district, enumeration forms have so far been distributed to 852,332 voters. Booth Level Officers (BLOs) have conducted door-to-door visits and distributed the forms to 99.30% of voters.

According to information from the District Election Office, the distribution status in various Assembly constituencies is as follows:
Umerkote Assembly Constituency: 98% distribution completed
Jharigaon Assembly Constituency: 99% distribution completed
Nabarangpur Assembly Constituency: 99% distribution completed
Dabugaon Assembly Constituency: 99% distribution completed
The digitization of enumeration forms has commenced in the district from today. As per the directions of the Election Commission, efforts are being made to prepare a transparent and error-free electoral roll.
The last date for filling and submitting the forms under this revision process is June 28. Voters have been advised to treat the matter seriously, as failure to submit the forms within the stipulated period may result in their names being excluded from the electoral roll.
District Collector and District Election Officer Dr. Maheshwar Swain praised the efforts of the election officials, supervisors, and BLOs involved in the programme, noting that the district is close to achieving its target well before the prescribed deadline.
Voters who have not yet submitted their forms have been requested to do so within the specified timeframe by submitting them to their respective BLOs.
