Kendrapara, June 25 {UDN}: On the occasion of the completion of two years of the State Government, participated in the district-level Organic Farming Workshop organized in Kendrapara and interacted with our farmer brothers and sisters.
During the discussion, it was emphasized that organic farming, protection of soil health, integrated farming practices, and the reduced use of chemical fertilizers can not only increase agricultural productivity but also contribute significantly to environmental conservation. Sustainable agricultural methods help maintain ecological balance while ensuring long-term benefits for farmers and future generations.
The workshop highlighted the importance of adopting modern knowledge, advanced technologies, and innovative practices in the agricultural sector. The successful implementation of these approaches can enhance crop yields, improve resource efficiency, and create new opportunities for farmers.
Our primary objective is to ensure higher incomes, greater productivity, and economic self-reliance for farmers by promoting sustainable and technology-driven agriculture. Through continuous support, capacity building, and the adoption of innovative farming solutions, we aim to strengthen the agricultural sector and empower farmers to achieve long-term prosperity and self-sufficiency.
