K.S.U.B. College, Bhanjanagar Hosts Blood Donation Camp to Raise Awareness and Encourage Lifesaving Voluntary Blood Donations

Bhanjanagar, July 3 {UDN}: A blood donation camp was successfully organized at K.S.U.B. College, Bhanjanagar, through the joint efforts of the voluntary organization Swati and the National Service Scheme (NSS), Youth Red Cross, and NCC units of Kabi Samrat Upendra Bhanja College.

The camp was inaugurated by Bhanjanagar MLA Pradyumna Kumar Nayak as the chief guest. Other dignitaries present included DFO Himanshu Sekhar Mohanty, College Principal Dr. Gagan Bihari Purohit, Bhanjanagar Medical Superintendent Dr. Gobinda Chandra Mahapatra, KVK Chief Scientist Dr. Sutanu Kumar Satpathy, retired Principal B. Govinda Rao, Professor Prashanta Kumar Rath, Professor Rajat Kumar Mishra, Medical Manager Bichitra Panigrahi, social worker Shulapani Satpathy, and Swati Secretary Er. Hari Shankar Rout.

The event was coordinated by NSS Programme Officer Babula Pradhan, Youth Red Cross Officer Bideshi Rout, NCC Army Wing CTO Arpan Pradhan, Naval CTO Bibhuti Gouda, along with members of the Swati organization and volunteers. The blood donation drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and volunteers, promoting the importance of voluntary blood donation and community service.
