Leaders, Party Workers, and Citizens Honor Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee’s Sacrifice on His Martyrdom Day Through Tribute Ceremonies

Bhubaneswar,  July 3 {UDN}:  A tribute meeting was organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at its local office in Majhiguda on the occasion of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee’s Martyrdom Day. Party leaders, public representatives, and supporters gathered to pay homage to the late leader and remember his contribution to the nation.
The event was attended by Odisha’s Minister for School and Mass Education Nityananda Gond, MP Balabhadra Majhi, MLA and District Planning Board Chairman Gourishankar Majhi, BJP District President Kunj Bihari Das, General Secretaries Jyoti Ranjan Kans and Debdas Mahankud, Vice President Sanatan Tripathy, Secretary Santosh Patra, Town Mandal President Pindu Mishra, along with several senior party leaders, workers, and members of the public. They offered floral tributes at Dr. Mookerjee’s statue and expressed their respect.
Speakers highlighted Dr. Mookerjee’s nationalist ideology and his significant contribution to the unity and integrity of India. They stated that his dedication, sacrifice, and commitment to national interest and public welfare continue to inspire generations. The gathering also resolved to follow his ideals and dedicate themselves to nation-building and social service. The programme concluded with a moment of silence in his memory.
