On Constitution Day, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi took a moment to reflect on the importance of the Constitution in ensuring equal rights for every citizen, regardless of caste, creed, or religion. Speaking at the “Ama Samvidhan, Ama Swabhiman” padyatra (Our Constitution, Our Pride), he expressed his gratitude to the framers of the Constitution for their vision of justice and equality.
The Chief Minister also paid tribute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution, by garlanding his statue at AG Square in Bhubaneswar. The event, organized by the Sports and Youth Affairs Department, was a heartfelt celebration of the values that guide India toward unity and social justice.
Majhi’s words reminded everyone of the timeless principles of the Constitution, reaffirming the state’s commitment to upholding equality and dignity for all its citizens.
