Nabarangpur, Sept 4 [UDN}:Mrs. Lipika Panda Patra was honoured as the Best Female Health Worker of Nabarangpur Municipality on the occasion of the 73rd Autonomous Governance Day celebrated today.
Nabarangpur MLA Gouri Shankar Majhi, Collector Dr. Maheswar Swain, Municipal Chairperson Kunu Nayak, all councillors, Municipal Executive Officer Ashok Kumar Karn, and other dignitaries were present on the dais during the programme.
