Bhubaneswar, Sept 5 [UDN}: The Odisha Government’s Health and Family Welfare Department has announced a major incentive for dentists working under the Odisha Medical Services (Dental) Cadre.
As per the government’s new decision, dentists working under the Health and Family Welfare Department who have obtained postgraduate qualifications from medical colleges recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) will receive a monthly incentive of ₹20,000.
According to the notification issued by the government, the incentive will be effective from the date of issuance of the notification, i.e. August 29, 2026.
