Paradise prioritises core dishes, explores alternatives amid LPG supply concerns

“The current constraints around commercial LPG supply are a concern for the hospitality sector as cooking fuel is central to restaurant operations. At Paradise, we are closely monitoring LPG inventory across our network and working with supply partners to ensure continuity. We are also evaluating alternative cooking mechanisms, including electricity-based solutions where feasible, to maintain uninterrupted operations. During this period, our focus will remain on our core offerings such as biryanis, haleem and kebabs, ensuring that we continue to deliver the same quality and consistency that customers expect from Paradise. This situation is also a learning for large hospitality networks to further strengthen their supply chains and proactively explore alternative cooking solutions, as gas remains a critical input for kitchens. Building crisis preparedness and operational resilience will be vital for the long-term sustainability of the industry”
