Mumbai, Apr 6: Valura.ai, the UAE’s largest AI-native global investment platform, has announced its entry into the Indian market, onboarding over 1,000 wealth advisors ahead of its official launch. The platform has already built a robust pipeline exceeding ₹3,000 crore in assets under management (AUM) expected over the next 12–18 months.
The onboarded network spans Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Mutual Fund Distributors, and Chartered Accountants, reflecting strong early traction and confidence in the platform. This momentum comes amid a surge in India’s outbound investments, which grew 67% to $41.6 billion in FY25, alongside an 8% depreciation of the rupee against the US dollar over the past year.
Valura.ai offers a multi-asset investment ecosystem, providing access to equities, ETFs, global mutual funds, bonds, REITs, structured products, pre-IPO opportunities, and Shariah-compliant solutions. The platform enables exposure to over 100,000 global securities, with client assets held in local custody within the IFSC at GIFT City under IFSCA regulations—ensuring compliance and transparency without routing through offshore brokers.
Commenting on the development, Priyesh Ranjan said,
“We did not build another execution terminal. Valura combines AI-driven research, portfolio construction, seamless execution, and compliance automation with local custody. The strong pre-launch response reflects a clear demand for reliable global investment infrastructure.”
From an advisor perspective, Rajesh Jha, Co-founder of Jain Investments, added,
“There has always been demand from HNI clients for global bonds and Shariah-compliant portfolios, but the lack of a compliant platform limited offerings. Valura bridges that gap effectively.”
Valura.ai operates as an IFSCA-registered broker-dealer and has established itself as a leading investment platform in the UAE, serving HNIs, NRIs, and expatriates. Built by a team of 50 IIT engineers and finance professionals, the company is entirely bootstrapped.
The India operations are led by CEO Priyesh Ranjan, an IIT Delhi alumnus with over two decades of experience in global finance, including leadership roles such as CFO of a Nasdaq-listed company and managing a multi-billion-dollar family office.
With its India debut, Valura.ai aims to redefine global investing access for Indian investors by combining advanced AI capabilities with regulatory-compliant infrastructure.
