Bhubaneswar, Feb 23: The state government has carried out a reshuffle at the senior OAS (Odisha Administrative Service) level.
Manoj Kumar Padhi, Special Secretary of the School and Mass Education Department, has been transferred and appointed as Special Secretary of the Higher Education Department. Sweta Kumar Mar Dash, Secretary of the Cuttack Development Authority (CDA), has been transferred as Additional Secretary of the Odia Language, Literature and Culture Department.
The state government has also promoted 16 OAS officers. Among them, Piyush Kanta Pani, Director (Finance) of the Odisha Forest Development Corporation, has been appointed as Additional Commissioner in the Transport Department.
Sabir Kumar Panda, Director of the State Cooperative Training Institute, has been posted as Additional Secretary in the Cooperation Department. Similarly:

F.S. Nayak as Additional Secretary, Skill Development and Technical Education Department
