Baipariguda ,2nd Sept 2025: A Police Committee meeting was held at Lingaraj Nagar in Baipariguda. The meeting was chaired by Jeypore Town Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Ullas Chandra Raut.
The event was attended by Police Committee members, local residents, and senior citizens, with a total of 26 participants.
During the meeting, OIC Mr. Raut addressed various ongoing issues in the Jaypur town area, such as:
- Crime prevention
- PCR patrolling
- Traffic issues
- Drunken driving
- Riding without helmets
- And several other key topics
Senior citizens present at the meeting shared their views and suggestions, with special emphasis on addressing problems related to liquor, ganja (cannabis), and traffic management.
The public appreciated the efforts and activities undertaken by the police. The meeting saw active participation from a wide range of local residents.
