Bhubaneswar,4th Aug 2025: A prestigious Black Swan India Conference is set to be organized in Bhubaneswar. The event will bring together global leaders and local talents in the fields of AI, Tokenization, and Quantum Computing.
This conference is part of the global initiative of GFTN (Global Financial Technology Network), which has already conducted similar events in cities like Zurich, Tokyo, and Singapore.
Addressing a program held at Krushi Bhawan, Odisha Electronics and IT Minister Mukesh Mahaling stated that:
> On August 21, a Global Financial Technology Capability Hub (i-GFTCH) will be inaugurated in Bhubaneswar.
This hub aims to place Odisha on the international FinTech map and accelerate the state’s digital transformation. Under the hub, a Center of Excellence will also be established.
In September, a five-month hybrid certification program on FinTech and InsurTech will be launched in collaboration with the NUS-ASEAN Institute of Digital Finance (AIDF) and GFTN. This initiative is expected to benefit over 7,000 students from all districts of Odisha.
