Delhi, Feb, 7: In the Budget 2026, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has made a major announcement for farmers. Special emphasis has been placed on the cultivation of high-value agricultural products such as cashew, cocoa, and sandalwood.
The target has been set to develop Indian cashew and cocoa as premium global brands by 2030.
