Bhubaneswar, 6th Nov 2025: The Khurda Road Division of the East Coast Railway has launched “RailOne”, a smart travel companion app for passengers. This single digital platform will provide everything — from travel planning to live train tracking — in one place. The app has been introduced with the vision of being “One App for All Railway Needs.”
From ticket booking to grievance redressal, this Indian Railways mobile application has been made operational by the Khurda Road Division. Passengers can enjoy a faster, smarter, and more efficient travel experience by downloading the app on their Android phones from the Google Play Store (and also on iOS).
After providing the necessary details, passengers can start using the app. Through this app, complaints can be quickly and easily resolved. Passengers can conveniently book reserved, unreserved, platform, and season tickets, check PNR status, live train tracking, and coach positions instantly.
To ensure a comfortable journey, on-train services like e-catering will also be available through the app. Passengers can also file complaints directly via Rail Madad, and manage refunds using the app’s features. Additionally, a 3% discount will be available on unreserved tickets purchased through the R-Wallet.
To create awareness about the app, the Khurda Road Division has started passenger awareness campaigns at Khurda Road Station, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri stations. Similar campaigns will soon be organized at other major stations under the division.
Passengers and railway users who already use IRCTC NextGen and UTS-on-Mobile apps for booking reserved and unreserved tickets can also access the RailOne app using their existing credentials.
