National Journalists’ Day Observed; Bharat Media Association Honors Journalists

Kotpad,  Nov 29:   On the auspicious occasion of National Journalists’ Day, heartfelt greetings and congratulations were extended to all working journalists. On this occasion, the Bharat Media Association, Kotpad chapter, organized the celebration of National Journalists’ Day.

The chief guest of today’s program was Kotpad MLA’s advisor Rupu Bhatra. Other dignitaries present included N.A.C. President M. Shankar Rao, Member of Parliament representative Rameshwar Jena, additional Tehsildar Parshuram Itara, Block Vice-Chairperson Tapan Panigrahi, Ward 8 member Salma Begum, Ward 10 member Mohammad Syed Yusuf, ex-Army personnel Gaurang Nayak, social worker and Bhatra Samaj President Bhimesh Majhi, among others.

The program was conducted under the chairmanship of Ajay Kumar Mishra, president of the association. During the event, MLA Rupu Bhatra congratulated all working journalists of the Bharat Media Association on National Journalists’ Day, appreciated their efforts in delivering unbiased news at all times, encouraged them to move forward with enthusiasm, and assured cooperation from his office for the association’s new office very soon.

President M. Shankar Rao and all the distinguished guests highly praised the Bharat Media Association and encouraged all journalists to continue providing impartial news. The program commenced with these proceedings.
