NCC Bhadrak Unit Conducts Intensive Cadet Training Camp

Kothar,Feb, 13: Under the supervision of the Odisha Battalion NCC Bhadrak Unit, an eight-day training camp has been organized at Haripur in Langudi from the 2nd of this month.

A total of 510 NCC cadets from the Cuttack, Sambalpur, and Berhampur groups are participating in the camp. At a meeting held at the Haripur Girls’ Hostel, DDG Commandant Vikram Singh attended as the chief guest, while Camp Commandant Colonel Satyabrata Swain was present as the guest of honour. Lieutenant Colonel S.S. Raghubanshi and Naval Unit Commanding Officer Sudip Kumar Sahu were also present on the occasion.

ANO and PI staff members who demonstrated excellence in various fields were felicitated. Among those honoured were Second Officer Rajesh Patel of the Sambalpur Group, Lieutenant Prabir Kumar Mohapatra of the Cuttack Group, Captain Shraddhanjali Sahu of the Berhampur Group, and Havildar R.S. Reddy.

Cadet Ranjan Nag and Cadet Monalisa Rout were awarded for showcasing excellence in painting.
