Nandahandi, 22nd Oct 2025: : The foundation stone for the girls’ hostel at Kasturba Gandhi School in Sindhiguda under Nandahandi block has been laid. The chief guest for the event was the Minister of Mass Education, Shri Nityananda Gond, who participated in laying the foundation stone.
The honored guest included Nabarangpur MLA Gourishankar Majhi and Member of Parliament representative Janakikant Bisoyi. The group also included Education Officer Srikant Jani, Assistant Engineer Shankar Budek, local teachers, party leaders, and staff.
Minister Gond informed that the girls’ hostel would be constructed at a cost of Rs. 1.04 crore.
