Sheragada, 20th Aug 2025: Atal Yuva Bahini of Hinjili Assembly Constituency, Ganjam district, organized a tree plantation programme at the premises of Nuapalli Shiva Temple under Narendra Pur Panchayat of Sheragada block.
During the organizational discussion, constituency coordinator Shri Rakesh Rath elaborated on the objectives of Atal Yuva Bahini and highlighted how trees are the true friends of human beings. He urged the youth to remain aware of protecting culture and serving nature.
As part of the programme, 30 saplings of mango, jackfruit, and kadamba trees were planted.
The event was graced by Narendrapur Panchayat Sarpanch Shri Gurunath Polai and Samiti Member Shri Ganapati Polai as chief guests. Prominent participants included Abhaya Bishoyi, Sanjay Swain, Sangram Polai, Mangulu Polai, Manas Patra, Jagannath Pradhan, Ashish Bishoi, Deepak Bishoi, Prabin Swain, Rajesh Maharana, Purna Gauda, Bichitra Muni, Prashant Muni, Jagannath Jena, and Rohit Swain, along with a large number of local youth.
The programme was conducted by Abhaya Bishoi, while Srikant Nayak and Bideshi Sethi provided support for the backdrop arrangements on behalf of Atal Yuva Bahini. Finally, Manas Patra offered a vote of thanks to all supporters and the organization.
