Nabarangpur, Jan, 13:The 36th annual celebration of the Useless Club was held at the Local District Education and Training Institute. The program was presided over by Rakesh Gupta. The chief guest at the event was MLA Gauri Shankar Majhi.
Other distinguished guests included Project Director of ITDA, Galib Sahu, DBO Ravindra Palka, Dr. Pradeep Kumar Mishra as a speaker, and Dr. Vijay Kumar Mishra as the main speaker. On this occasion, Dr. Surendra Nath Das was honored with the Prayas Award, and Babaji Charan Jena and Rakesh Gupta were honored with the Lalit Mohan Smriti Award.
The event concluded with a poetry recital festival, where more than 30 Urdu poets recited their poems. During the program, Dr. Omkar Pattnayak welcomed the guests and presented the editorial introduction.
The entire event was assisted by club members Sandeep Pattnayak, Arun Kumar, and T. Shripati. Many poets, writers, essayists, and journalists from Nabarangpur and nearby towns participated in the program.
