Borigumma, May 26: Students of Banishree Higher Secondary School have achieved remarkable success in the current +2 Science and Arts examinations.
In the +2 Science stream, out of 78 students who appeared for the examination, 76 students passed successfully. P. Rasul became the college topper by securing 535 marks, while Arpita Rath secured second position with 533 marks and Chiranya Pattnaik stood third with 531 marks. Among the 76 successful students, 64 secured first division, 11 secured second division, and one student passed in third division.
Similarly, in the +2 Arts stream, 54 students passed out of 55 examinees. Bhawani Gadaba emerged as the college topper with 527 marks, while Pushpanjali Nayak secured second position with 525 marks and Akash Padhi stood third with 518 marks.
The information was shared by Principal Shibaranjan Panda. On this occasion, Managing Committee President Gourishankar Panda, Chairperson Sarita Mishra, Secretary Renuka Panda, members Shashank Mishra and Manoj Kumar Panigrahi, along with the teaching and non-teaching staff of the school, congratulated all the successful students.
