Bhubaneswar:Aug 10 [UDN}: World Tribal Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) in Bhubaneswar. The occasion highlighted the rich cultural heritage, traditions, identity and contributions of indigenous communities.
On the occasion, Dr. Achyuta Samanta extended his warm greetings and best wishes to the students. He appreciated the students for their active participation and emphasized the importance of preserving tribal culture, traditions and values while ensuring opportunities for education and overall development.
The celebration at KISS brought together students and members of the institution to mark the significance of World Tribal Day and to promote awareness about the rights, heritage and aspirations of tribal communities.
