Binayatosh Mishra Assumes Charge as New DGP, Meets Chief Minister to Discuss Policing Priorities and State Security

Bhubaneswar,  Aug 26 [UDN}:Odisha’s newly appointed Director General of Police (DGP), Shri Binayatosh Mishra, paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi. During the meeting, the two discussed various important matters related to the state’s law-and-order situation, police administration, public safety, and strengthening the overall policing system. The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss measures for ensuring effective policing, maintaining peace and security, and improving coordination between the police administration and the state government.
