Chief Minister Rolls Out Major Flood Relief Package, Assuring Timely Compensation, Emergency Assistance, and Accelerated Rehabilitation for Flood-Hit Communities

Bhubaneswar,  Aug 6 [UDN}:  The Chief Minister has announced a ₹110 crore flood relief package for people affected by the recent floods. He directed officials to provide immediate assistance to all affected families without delay.
According to the preliminary damage assessment, financial aid will be provided to those who have suffered losses due to the floods. The relief package will cover damaged houses, crop losses, and livestock losses.
The Chief Minister also stated that ₹26 crore had already been released earlier for relief and rescue operations to ensure a swift response in the flood-affected areas. The newly announced package aims to support rehabilitation efforts and help affected families recover from the disaster.
