Papadahandi, Sept 11 [UDN}:: Dinabandhu Bishoyi has been elected as the Chairman of the Block Agricultural Advisory Committee (ATMA) under the Agriculture Department of Papadahandi Block in Nabarangpur district.
A meeting was held in the conference hall of the Block Agriculture Office under the chairmanship of Block Agriculture Officer Shivani Gachhayat. Additional Veterinary Officer Chinmay Nayak, Horticulture Agriculture Officer Tejeshwani Nayak, Assistant Agriculture Officer A. Lavanya, Assistant Agriculture Officer Sagarika Khara, ATM Debachan Bhatt, Rajesh Mishra and other officials were present.
During the meeting, the newly constituted BFAC committee members were welcomed and felicitated by the Agriculture Department. The election for the post of ATMA Chairman was contested by Papadahandi Sarpanch Chandrasekhar Majhi and Dinabandhu Bishoyi.
Dinabandhu Bishoyi secured the support of 15 committee members and was elected Chairman of ATMA. Following his election, the Agriculture Office felicitated the newly elected chairman and congratulated him on assuming the responsibility.
