Government of India Orders Transfer of IPS Officer Ajay Pal Sharma on Five-Year Deputation to West Bengal Under Ministry of Home Affairs Directive

Bhubaneswar, May 08:  The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has directed the transfer of IPS officer Ajay Pal Sharma to West Bengal on deputation for a period of five years.
Ajay Pal Sharma has established his identity as a capable and courageous officer. Previously regarded as a trusted officer of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, IPS Ajay Pal Sharma is now considered a reliable officer under Prime Minister Modi as well.
