Podagada ,Oct 5 [UDN}: Pabitra Saunta attended the Rogi Kalyan Samiti Governing Body Meeting for 2026–27 as the chief guest at the Podagada Community Health Centre (CHC). The meeting was organised for the Dasamantapur and Podagada Community Health Centres with a focus on reviewing healthcare infrastructure, patient facilities and the overall functioning of both hospitals.
During the meeting, Saunta took stock of the existing infrastructure, essential supporting facilities and other arrangements at the two healthcare centres. He also interacted with patients and enquired about their health conditions and the quality of medical services being provided to them.
He stressed the need to ensure that patients receive better, timely and accessible healthcare services at both facilities. Relevant officials and healthcare personnel were directed to take necessary steps to strengthen hospital infrastructure and improve patient-oriented services.
