Hon’ble Chief Minister Oversees 18th Phase of Public Grievance Hearing for Direct Interaction With the Public

Bhubaneswar,June 3:  The 18th Phase of Public Grievance Hearing by the Hon’ble Chief Minister

✅ Out of the grievances received up to the 17th phase, 96% have been resolved.

✅ In the last two years, 2.40 lakh grievances were heard at the district level, with 92% resolved.

✅ Along with the Hon’ble Chief Minister, 13 Ministers, Additional Chief Secretaries, Secretaries, and officials heard the grievances of the people.

On this occasion, the Hon’ble Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi personally met 30 differently-abled persons and people suffering from serious illnesses and listened directly to their problems. After receiving their grievance petitions, he instructed the officials present to take immediate action.
During the programme, the Chief Minister also approved medical assistance worth ₹3.60 lakh for around 13 complainants suffering from various diseases through the Chief Minister’s Single Window System.
More than 600 grievance petitions were received during the programme through both online and offline modes.
