Improved Facilities Announced by Indian Railways to Ensure Smoother and More Comfortable Journeys for Divyang Passengers

New, Delhi: April. 29:  Under new rules by Indian Railways, passengers with disabilities can now travel more conveniently.
With a valid UDID Card (Unique Disability ID), individuals can avail travel in the unreserved Divyangjan coach of mail and express trains without difficulty.
There is no longer a need to worry about getting seats—just carry the proper identification and travel with ease.
However, it is important to note that train travel is not completely free for all, but eligible persons with disabilities can avail concessions and reserved facilities as per railway norms.
