Bhubaneswar, Sept 4 [UDN}: The promotion process for Senior Headmasters to the Odisha Education Service (School Branch) [OES (SB)] has reportedly commenced, bringing significant relief and renewed hope among eligible school heads.
As part of the process, the concerned authorities have directed eligible Senior Headmasters to submit the required documents within seven days. The Education Department has sought important service-related records, including Performance Appraisal Reports (PARs)/Confidential Character Rolls (CCRs), property statements, and vigilance clearance/reports.
The move indicates that the School & Mass Education Department is taking steps to expedite the promotion procedure, raising expectations that the long-awaited promotions may be completed soon.
For Senior Headmasters awaiting advancement to the OES (SB) cadre, the development is being viewed as good news and a significant step toward faster completion of the promotion process.
