Malkangiri, July 28 UDN}: Dr. Kishore Kumar Dash, a teacher and researcher at Balimela College of Science and Technology, has brought pride to Malkangiri district as well as the entire state of Odisha.
At the 15th Convocation Ceremony organised by the Jindal School of International Affairs of O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), Sonipat, Haryana, Dr. Dash was awarded a postgraduate degree in International Relations, Security and Strategy. The degree was conferred in the presence of the university’s Chancellor Naveen Jindal, Harvard University Professor Tarun Khanna, and JGU Vice-Chancellor Professor (Dr.) C. Raj Kumar.
Dr. Dash successfully completed the online postgraduate programme with the university’s highest and most distinguished Outstanding grade. His achievement is considered a rare recognition among faculty members working in the field of higher education in Odisha, particularly for successfully completing such a specialised programme.
A versatile researcher, Dr. Dash has authored more than 30 books and published over 50 research papers in national and international research journals. In addition, he has presented his research papers at national and international conferences on several important subjects, including international relations, strategic affairs, good governance, editorial studies, and public policy.
Following this remarkable achievement, educationists, intellectuals, and residents of Malkangiri have congratulated Dr. Dash, describing his accomplishment as a proud and memorable moment for the educational community of the district.
