Bhubaneswar, April. 24: The Odisha government is planning to set up a Drinking Water Corporation, informed Minister Rabi Narayan Naik.

An Odisha team will soon visit two other states to study their models before finalizing the structure of the corporation.
A detailed framework (roadmap) will be prepared after this assessment.
The corporation will function using IT and digital platforms for better management and service delivery.
An external agency will be assigned responsibility for five years to manage operations efficiently.
