New Sai Bazar Committee Established in Kakatpur: Initiative Aims to Improve Market Management, Coordination and Community Development

Kakatpur, July 29 UDN}: A new market committee named the ‘Sai Bazar Committee’ has been formed with the participation of traders operating from Medical Chhak in Kakatpur of Puri district to Swameswar Temple. A general meeting of the local traders was held on Friday at Moti Mandap, where the new office-bearers of the committee were unanimously elected.

During the meeting, senior and veteran trader Kabiraj Biswal was unanimously selected as the President of the committee. Mohammad Sabir Khan was appointed as the Vice-President, Sheikh Junaid (Babul) as the Secretary, Prakash Chandra Das as the Joint Secretary, and Bapi Biswal as the Treasurer.

Similarly, Naresh Mahanti, Subash Swain, and Dilip Baral were selected as advisors to the newly formed committee.

During the meeting, members expressed their commitment to working towards the proper management and smooth functioning of the market, safeguarding the interests of local traders, promoting mutual cooperation among business owners, and contributing to the overall development and improvement of the market.

The formation of the new committee has been warmly welcomed by the local business community. Traders expressed hope that the committee would play an important role in addressing their concerns, strengthening coordination among them, and promoting the overall growth and development of the market.
