New Delhi, July 31 (UDN): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi held a meeting with Union Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting and Electronics & IT Ashwini Vaishnaw in New Delhi to discuss strengthening railway infrastructure and accelerating connectivity projects across the state.
ଆଜି ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀଠାରେ ମାନ୍ୟବର କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ରେଳ, ସୂଚନା ଓ ପ୍ରସାରଣ ଏବଂ ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରୋନିକ୍ସ ଓ ସୂଚନା ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିବିଦ୍ୟା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅଶ୍ୱିନୀ ବୈଷ୍ଣବଜୀଙ୍କ ସହ ସୌଜନ୍ୟମୂଳକ ସାକ୍ଷାତ କଲି।

During the meeting, the leaders discussed expediting new railway line projects, improving existing infrastructure, and enhancing regional and industrial connectivity to support Odisha’s economic growth.
CM Majhi highlighted that better railway connectivity is crucial for the development of industrial areas, remote regions, and tribal communities. Faster execution of railway projects will help improve transportation, strengthen trade links, and create new opportunities for people across the state.
The Chief Minister said that with continued support from the Union government, Odisha is making steady progress towards building a modern infrastructure network and achieving its vision of a developed and prosperous state.
The meeting reflects Odisha’s focus on expanding connectivity as a key driver for economic development, investment, and inclusive growth.
