Kolnara, April 04:: The first phase of the training camp for the upcoming census, scheduled to begin from April 16, was successfully completed on Sunday at the premises of Jagadamba Government Higher Secondary School in Kolnara.
Around 40 teachers participated in the training session. The camp was inaugurated by Kolnara Tehsildar Kalpana Kumari Nayak and Additional Tehsildar Bhawani Shankar Prasad Mishra.
The training camp was conducted under the supervision of the Tehsildar, with Somanath Das and Yudhishthir Mutuka serving as field trainers.
The second phase of training will be held from March 24 to 26, the third phase from March 28 to 30, and the fourth phase on April 2, 4, and 5, as informed by the Tehsildar.
Additionally, to simplify the census process, the government has launched a portal where individuals can upload their household information themselves. People can submit their data through the portal from April 1 to April 15, according to Additional Tehsildar Mr. Mishra.
