Bhubaneswar, March, 2: In Bhubaneswar, Sunabeda Municipal Council Chairman Rajendra Kumar Patra joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Along with him, councillors from the Congress and the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) of the Sunabeda Municipal Council, as well as several BJD workers, also joined the BJP. It is also reported that members from other political parties in the Laxmipur Assembly constituency have joined the BJP.
State BJP President Manmohan Samal welcomed them into the party by presenting the BJP scarf. Koraput District President Shiva Muduli and Koraput विधायक Raghuram Machha were present on the occasion.
